SOLUTIONS
Single-component dosing systems are the most efficient solution when the application involves dispensing one single material: sealing, filling, UV resin applications or one-stage epoxy applications. The simplicity of the circuit translates into high reliability and minimal maintenance.
Each unit consists of three core elements: a storage tank sized according to the required production volume, a transfer circuit optimised for the specific material and a dosing head calibrated according to the precision required by the application.
The configuration can be manual for low-frequency or highly variable processes or fully automated, with programmable cycles and remote control.
The system is designed to operate autonomously or to be integrated into already operational plants without requiring significant structural modifications. This reduces integration times and minimizes production downtime during installation.
In applications using two-component resins epoxy, polyurethane or acrylic precise control of the ratio between base and hardener determines the mechanical properties of the finished product. Even the smallest deviation can result in defects, waste and rework costs.
Our two-component systems ensure constant control of the mix ratio with minimal deviations, across variable production volumes and materials with different rheological characteristics.
Separate and independent tanks for the two components;
Transfer circuits with pressure and flow monitoring;
Mixing head designed around the specific application;
Control system with process parameter display;
Washing function for fast formulation changes
Integrated into a robotic cell: the dosing system synchronises with the application robot for fully automatic cycles
Both versions are available in manual or automated configurations, with the option to add thermal control for temperature-sensitive resins.
Some industrial applications require the mixing of three or more components in a controlled sequence, with critical variables such as different viscosities, specific activation temperatures or short pot life times. Our multi-component systems are designed to handle this complexity while maintaining precision and repeatability in continuous production.
For resins that require a specific process temperature such as certain polyurethane or hot-melt formulations the system includes heating elements in the tanks and transfer circuits, with digital temperature control.
The system can integrate a colour dosing module applied directly to the dispensed product. This is useful for visual component identification or aesthetic requirements of the finished product, without adding extra inline steps.
The modular architecture allows components to be added or the number of dosing lines to be modified after installation, adapting the plant to process changes without replacing the entire unit.
