Before the plant arrives, we verify all required utilities – electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic where necessary – and the installation layout, in order to avoid extended production interruptions and ensure fast, safe commissioning.

We carry out mechanical and electrical installation, connecting the plant to the material feed lines and integrating it with the PLC or existing control systems. Every connection and configuration is performed according to project specifications, ensuring correct operation and optimised production cycles.

Testing is always carried out using the customer’s real materials. We verify mix ratio compliance, flow rate, dosing repeatability and accessory functions such as automatic washing, alarms and remote control. The plant is considered operational only when all performance levels match the defined standards, ensuring trouble-free production start-up.
