Custom dosing plant design: from brief to final layout

The project starts from your process data

A high-performance dosing plant begins with an accurate technical brief. Resin type, viscosity, mix ratio, hourly flow rate, process temperature, available space and integration method into the existing line are all essential data points. During the initial inspection, we collect this information, assess the actual production requirements and ensure that the designed plant can be perfectly integrated into existing lines. This preliminary stage is crucial for the success of complex and customised plants.

Design stages

1.

1. Initial analysis and
consulting

Technical discussion with the production manager or process engineer to define functional requirements, technical constraints and production objectives. At this stage, we identify material compatibility, volumes and usage methods.

2.

On-site
inspection

Visita al reparto produttivo per rilevare layout, utenze disponibili, punti di applicazione, flusso dei materiali e spazi disponibili per l’impianto. Questa analisi consente di pianificare un’integrazione efficace, riducendo tempi morti e scarti produttivi.

3.

Sizing and technical
proposal

Stand-alone design or synchronisation with robotic cells and existing lines.

4.

Detailed
engineering

Automatic pigmentation, remote washing systems and other functions calibrated to the aesthetic or functional requirements of the finished product.

Designed industries and applications

Our plants are used in:

  • Carbon fibre and structural composite assembly;

  • Sandwich panels for construction and cold rooms;

  • UV filling on MDF and laminated panels;

  • Two-component resin application on marble and granite;

  • Surface treatment and industrial sealing;

  • Custom solutions on request.
